ADNOC’s In Country Value Program (ICV) was launched in April 2018. Significant changes were made to the program in September 2018, taking full effect in November 2018. One year in, ICV has changed the supplier landscape and remains to have a significant impact on the interaction of suppliers and sub-suppliers.

Agenda

Dr. Frank-Fahle will elaborate on the experience with ADNOC’s ICV program, contractual consequences, Emiratisation related aspects and other legal pitfalls.

Over the last 12 months the ADNOC ICV program has gone from a concept to an established business practice. ICV and its revisions have significant implications for companies across all sectors today and in the future. Dr. Deeb will discuss what has changed over the last 12 months, how these changes impact business today and also what businesses should consider for the future.
