The Embassy of the Grand Duchy in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Accounting/Consular Assistant based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Duties will include all accounting and accounting-related tasks as well as consular work (visas, passports, assistance to nationals,…)
The candidate should be:
• Fluent in English and French, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Experienced in accounting in a position of responsibility
• Showing a high level attention to detail, deadline-orientation, confidentiality, time management, data entry management, general math skills
• Well organized, independent and hands on
• A team player to integrate the Embassy’s small team
• Computer literate in Windows and MS Office
